We got a neat and brand-new room with a balcony, a private garden, and private bathrooms. the guesthouse is set in a central area close to the main points of interest and the river where locals come to relax during the day. - It's only a 5-minute drive from Luang Prabang Beach.

Very comfortable and clean and friendly, helpful staff. Had everything we needed.
Was just a bit pricey for the area.

It has good and excellent setting to night market or to Dyen Sabai restaurant. There's cool Scandinavian Bakery within a close distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

There is a lovely room in the back with nice views of the river. It is a sweet authentic rest house and the staff are very natural and nice also.

I had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse in Luang Prabang. The value for money was great, with spacious and clean rooms, complete with a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, close to affordable bars and eateries, as well as within walking distance to the main road and night market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.
The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the breakfast options.

Phasith Guesthouse had a comfortable room complete with tv, ac and hot water. The balcony overlooking the street was also a nice bonus.
The guesthouse is located outside the main street of Luang Prabang, which you would imagine would create a quieter atmosphere, except for the fact that the neighbours own a bunch of dogs that barked all through the night. Additionally, the shower in the room did not work properly. Overall, there are guesthouses closer to the town that offer the same experience for less money.

Cozy and Easy, right in town but not too busy or noisy, close to restaurants and bars, few minutes walk to main street and on the bank of Khan River.

Recreational facilities such as massage were available, giving me a well-deserved break from exploring the city. The experience was like unwinding in a private oasis, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Basement room prone to flooding.

We had a wonderful stay at a guesthouse in an excellent location near the city center, night market, and various attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to store our belongings at the lobby even after check-out and even lending us towels and their own bathroom for a quick shower before our night bus. the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the river, and we enjoyed the complimentary water, coffee, tea, and bananas available 24/7 in the lobby. The laundry service was fast and efficient, and when we needed to extend our bike rental to retrieve our passports, the owner graciously lent us his own bike and even personally drove us to the airport. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 👍.
